Kitana looked up into Eresains face and saw his reassurance there.She smiled."You haven't changed a bit have you?"She laughed for the first time in years.

Kitana chuckled and moved around Eresain, trailing her fingers across his chest."Come on.We must ready for the long journey.Where is Lupay?"

Kitana nodded."Let us go see if he is alright.He seemed less spoken before."She walked barefoot towards the temple, her skirts and multicolored hair flowing in the breeze as she glided away.

Lupay wondered to the front of the Temple and sat on the steps. He looked in to the woods, the shadows told him that Kitana and Eresain were on their way back from the woods. His black hair ruffled as the wind blew through it. Lupay kept his eyes on the woods, waiting for their return.

Eresain followed just behind her, he smiled at her dangerous beauty knowing she was his, and he was hers. His footsteps were silent as he walked along the soft grass, the trees whispered to him and to each other. Their soft voices carried on the wind.

As kitana exited the forest with Eresain behind her she saw Lupay on the steps of the temple.She shouted his name and run to him in long sprints."Lupay!You alright?"

Lupay looked up hearing his name and said, "Yeah I'm fine why wouldn't I be? Is something wrong?" He looked at her slightly confused. He stood up and stretched looking Eresain then back to Kitana. "I was just walking around the temple it's really nice here." Lupay scowled as Eresain smiled at him.

Eresain stepped out of the woods and saw Lupay sitting on the steps. He walked behind Kitana as she ran to him asking if he was alright. Eresain smiled at Lupay looking friendly.

Kitana paused in front of Lupay and beamed at him with her wolf like eyes."Eresain.He was the one who promised to me before my memory was erased but now it's back."She threw her arms around Lupay now too excited for anything.She laughed and released him and turned to Eresain when she could control herself."We should finish the preparations for the journey a rest a while before we set off.She started up the steps.

Lupay tensed at the news but hugged her back but said, "That's great, hopefully he is better than Kamaji..." As she let go Lupay settled his gaze on Eresain who was also looking at him. They held each others gaze before Lupay looked away. He realized this guy had never spoken a word around him.

Eresain smiled and watched Lupays reaction. He realized the boy was watching him also. His eyes focused on Lupays for a brief moment then Lupay looked away. Eresain nodded to Kitana and trotted up the steps after her and past Lupay who had also turned to follow them.

Kitana glided down the hall and back to the two bags of supplies she had readied so far.She turned to Lupay and Eresain."These we can carry.They're light so it won't matter for too much weight.I will go and fetch the blankets now.You two wait here.She left before they could reply and jogged up the swirl of stairs outside the room hearing the soothing slap of her feet.It was also up those stairs that she would change her outfit and fix her hair.

Lupay took one bag and put it in to the back pack he already had. He looked to Eresain, "So you and Kitana huh?" He kept a civil tone as he spoke.

Eresain took the other bag and looked to Lupay. He rested a hand on his shoulder and thought, 'Yeah, I have known her sense we were little. But, the Elder erased her memory of me so she could follow their tradition.' He looked at Lupay with an intense gaze and took his hand away from his shoulder.

Lupay flinched at the forest dwellers touch at first, then he relaxed and listened to what he to say, He nodded understanding how hard that would have been to have the one you loved but not have her remember. 'He's not so bad' thought Lupay.

Kitana headed for a large chamber where a bed and a single dresser with a mirror stood.She went to the dresser and opened the top drawer.In it was a black suit used in battle.She fitted herself into it and tossed the gown on the bed.She found black thin boots and slid her feet into them.They were about half her lower leg in height.Kitana then looked in the mirror as she took a brush and brush the nettles through her hair before she twisted it like a rope and smiled with satisfaction.Once that was done kitana went to a closet along the hallway and grabbed two rolls of travel blankets.She went to the railing and dropped them to the marbled floor before she went to another room, the armory and picked out the one bow she knew was hers and her quiver of arrows and placed them at her back.She slipped a belt to her waste and sheathed a dagger there.Then she exited the room and flung herself over the railing landing with a thump and straightened in a triumphant position.

Lupay turned his head to see Kitana land on the floor on her feet with a small thump. He asked, "Ready to go then?" He stepped out of the room where the supplies where and trotted to the steps of the temple.

Eresain looked at Kitana with a small smile. He nodded as Lupay spoke and walked over to Kitana. Eresain took one of the blankets and carried it with him heading out to the front of them temple also. He paused and waited to Kitana at the stairs while Lupay paced about the courtyard ready to start their next adventure.

Kitana frowned when the boys spoke."Wait a minute."She said hastily."We can't just go off into te forest without knowing what one can do.Especially not without a map of the area."Kitana turned on her heal and jogged to a small room where a desk was.On it was a folded map she knew was the map of the whole area.She then jogged back and held out the map to Eresain."This will guide us on our journey.

Lupay sighed and continued to pace, he shifted in to his lion form and sat down waiting for them. He decided it was easier to travel on four than on two. His black mane fluffed out for a moment making him look funny.

Eresain looked a the map and nodded, "That is a very large map indeed..." His eyes scanned it then looked at the lion who sat in Lupays place. He shrugged and looked back to Kitana, "This would be about four days travel no?"

Kitana nodded and looked at the white lion as she spoke."As long as we aviod any trouble that would be the estimated time to get there."She thought a moment, then added,"Lupay and I could travel in our animal forms and you..."She smiled."You could use a mount?"She said it as more a a question than a statement.

Lupay walks around with a fluffy mane and stretched. He let out a soft roar and thought 'You two lovebirds ready to go yet? I would like to leave before I reach my 20's'

Eresain nodded, "Alright I can get a mount don't worry." He chuckled at Lupays thought then walked down to the grass. He muttered in the Silvacaelestis language, slowly the ground in front of him began to rise and shift. The creature before him was like a slender horse. It had tall antlers and a long vine like tail, its fur was the same color as grass and its hooves were stones, it let out a small crying sound and Eresain climbed up on to it. He patted the creatures neck and it shook its head with a small wurring sound. "See? I can keep up with you two now." Eresain smiled down at Kitana.

Kitana watched Eresain conjure his mount and she shifted to wolf form and snort at Lupays comment."In a hurry you are, Shadow wielder but we have time on our hands.Let's not be too hasty.With a snarl kitana bounded off in to the wood.She followed the trail of Moon flowers and accelerated into a sprint letting out a sharp bark.

Lupay smiled and ran after Kitana with a roar. His powerful legs made it easy for him to catch up to her. He nudged her with his shoulder then bounded away and back again.

Eresain chuckled and patted his mounts neck again. It reared a bit before leaping forward. It ran up behind Kitana and Lupay. Eresain laughed enjoying this immensely he held on to the mounts mane and leaned forward edgeing it to go faster.

Kitana growled as lupay bumped her.She sprinted forward and raced after the large cat.'I am sleeker and swifter.'she thought to herself with a chuckle.

Lupay kept running as fast as he could following the same flowers Kitana was. He laughed as he ran and shifted in to a Cheetah in mid step and darted forward. His spotted pelt streaked between the trees.

Eresain caught up to Kitana and he waved at her as he passed her. His mount sprang after Lupay, its small nimble hooves skipped over roots and dips in the ground. Eresain turned around to look at Kitana flashing a full smile.

Kitana rolled her eyes s the boys raced against each other."They will never grow up, young warriors."She said in annoyance.She padded after them in a rush, panting as she did.

Lupay splashed through a stream then stopped running because the stamina in this form wasn't great. He sat in the stream panting and waiting for the others to get here. He licked his paws and between hid claws just waiting.

Eresain urged the creature faster until he skidded in to a clearing where Lupay sat in the middle of a river. The beast made a wurring sound and trotted to a stop, Eresain laughed and hopped off of his mount. He walked over to the river and cupped his hands in the water taking a drink. He sat on the shore and waited for Kitana.
