Lupay sits on his branch and starts pulling pinecones off of it. He drops them to the ground just for amusment. He doesn't notice the flash of movment. He looks over at Kitana with a smile

Kitana stares at the woods, waiting for more movement but after a while she feels a pair of eyes on here and locks eyes with Lupay."What?"She settles against the trunk of her tree, lounging allowing one leg to dangle and the other resting on the branch, arms folded over her stomach.

Lupay shrugs, "Nothing, just trying to get you to smile, ya know smiles are contagious." He looks in to the woods and asks "What were you loking at?" He stands up on his branch with surprising balance and looks in to the woods.

Kitana laughs and then frowns."Nothing, just thought I saw someone."She shifted as though she were nervous.

Lupay smile slightly and then says, :Well lets go check it out, its probably nothing that cant be handled." He jumps down from the tree. As he lands the tree bark, his shirt liftef slightly showing the pale lines of scars. He hadn't noticed and it became unsnagged. He looks up, "Ya coming down or what?"

Kitana watches you and blinks at the site of the scars.She leaps from her branch and lifts your shirt slightly to examine the scars."Where did you get these?"Her voice was in a whisper almost awed.

Lupay flinches away not wanting you to see, He says quickly, "Just childhood memories is all." He doesn't move away for a second. He examines your face just to see your reaction.

Kitana blinked again at his words."Are you....?"She could say it.Wasn't quite sure.

Lupay answers, "These aren't self inflicted it thats what you are assuming." His tone is slightly defensive although he isn't absolutely sure what she was implying. His blue eyes lock on her eyes, full of sudden seriousness.

"What happened then?"She asks as she folds her arms over her chest."Experimentation?"She knew a lot of the world.She was nearly a century old after all.

"You could call it that I guess... my parents wanted a cure. They couldn't find one though." He smiles sadly, "But then again I son't have to worry about them anymore." He put his hands in his pockets and looks away from her and towards the school knowing they will be out soon.

Kitana frowns."I'm sorry to hear that."She has nothing further to say and a silence falls upon them.

Lupay simply nods and then sighs, "So what now? Schools out for the day" He tilts his head and looks at you out of the corner of his eyes,

Kitana thought a moment before turning in the direction she saw the figure."I am going to investigate that figure I saw earlier."She said as she picks up her sketchbook and it vanishes from her hand."You could come if you like."She said over her shoulder, before leaping into the branches and bounding through the trees in swift silent movements.

Lupay nodded, "Sounds good to me." He watches her go up in to a tree. He followed her from the ground with silent foot steps. He debats whether or not to shift in to something faster. He decides not to and continues after her.

After a while Kitana came upon another clearing and there stood a figure in black clothing and a bow at his back and a sword at his waist.Kitana sat on her branch in mere silence."Men like him aren't supposed to exist."She mouthed to herself.

Lupay stopped and looked in the clearing. He remained in the shadows and looked at how the man was oddly dressed and armed. He looked up the tree to Kitana as if to ask a question as to whom this was,

The mans voice came loud and clear, though he kept his back to them."I knew you were here Kitana."He shifted his weight."I sensed your presence a while off but i am pleased to see you again."Kitana could not stop the name from coming off her lips."Kamaji."She leaped from her tree and stepped out into the open.

Lupay remained in the shadows watching her move out in to the open. He stays, hopefully, unnoticed. He slowly slinks around the clearing behind, as Kitana called him, Kamaji. He stayed invisible and silent watching Kitana.

Kitana watches as the man faces her after a moment.His face is serious."Why did you leave the elven village?"He takes a step forward.Kitana blinks."I left in search of the men who murdered the elder."She conjured the lie."I don't believe you."He replied as he approached her a few more paces."How can you not?You were there when they slaughtered him."She approached until she could could just barely feel his breath on her face.

He listens curiously, his cell lights up as he gets a text message. He quickly pulls it out and turns it off just before the ring tone can go off. He tenses as Kitana gets closer to the man.

Kitana flinches as Kamaji moves a hand and caresses her cheek."You left because of me."He says softly.Kitana clenches her jaw."I didn't."Kamaji clasps her jaw suddenly and their eyes lock."Don't lie to me.You are afraid to love."She gasps but then his lips are on her and she panics but cannot get free.

Lupay blinks surprised, he suddenly becomes frusterated. He steps out of the shadows and clears his throat. He is directly behind Kamaji and he taps his shoulder.

Kamaji suddenly pulls away and Kitana pales as she sees Lupay standing behind him."Who might you be?"Kamaji asked in a rude irritated note as he turns to face him.He clasps Kitana's arm tightly and shields her with his body.

He snickers, "WHat does that matter to you exactly?" He matches his tone Kamajis. He is slightly taller then Kamaji but thinner and not armed. He looks over at Kitana with an eyebrow raised.
