Kitana was unsure of what to say but Kamaji fingered the sword at his side."Back off boy."He growled.

Lupay blinked, "Is that a threat?" He tended and watched the sword an yet he remained calm, knowing that this will frustrate his enemies. He looks at Kamaji straight in the eyes

Kamaji suddenly tosses Kitana to the side, her head slamming into the bark of a tree falling unconscious."I sense your a powerful being, boy, but that girl will return to her people.I just have to deal with you."Kamaji drew his sword and leaped back, pointing the blade at the boys throat.

Lupay looks at Kitana concern written in his face for a second then he looks back. He looks slightly surprised at the blade. Then his eyes narrow an the shade of blue goes to a near black. Shadows gather from the trees and he runs one hand down the blade. The shadow burn at the blade like acid and he steps back. "Let her go on her own. She doesn't have to be forced." His voice bearing a growl

Kamaji growled."Never.She was expected by tradition to be my wife and that still hasn't darkened.She goes with me now."Kamaji backs towards the tree where Kitana is slumped again and grabs hold of her upper arm."You follow and I will be forced to take drastic measures."Kamaji hisses as he points the blade at Lupay.He then yanks Kitana onto his back and leaps onto the branch of a tree and vanishes in another instant.

Lupay growled as he watched them vanish. He paced back and forth for several moments before deciding to follow. He shifted in to hi fox form knowing it would be less noticeable. He lifted his nose and followed the already faint scent. He breaks in to a run with his nose tilted slightly upward.

When Kamaji reaches a clearing once again he glances behind him and knows he hasn't been followed.He chuckles and drops Kitana's body to the ground and behind to open a portal which he had used to get to the century.He was from the past after all.

Lupay slows to a trot seeing them in yet another clearing. He watches as they go through a portal. He slowly stalks up to it and sniffs around the edge. Lupay exhales from his nose and then leaps through the portal intent on saving Kitana from Kamaji. He wasn't sure why but he felt extremely protective over her.

Kamaji stumbles out of the portal with Kitana on his back and rushes through the village, shouting,"Someone is behind me!Take care of him and do not let him near the castle gates."Kamaji hurries through a rush of elves and magical being, walks through the gates and into the protections of castle walls.Servants gasp as their runaway has returned but confused as to why she was unconscious.

Lupay tumbles out of the portal not expecting such a rough ride. He had managed to shift back to human form during the portal trip. He cough catching his breath then looks up. He blinks noticeing there seems to be a time difference. He stands up slowly looking around.

Kamaji thought about going to see the new elder but thought better and headed for the dungeons.Kitana was starting to wake."Kamaji what do you think you are doing?"She mumbled."You are confined to the dungeons until further notice."He said harshly.He tossed her in one of the cells her limbs splayed.He locked the door with a single key and went to consult with the elder.

He quickly headed towards the backside of a building to hide amongst the shadows. He knows he shouldnt be noticed by the locals, he slowly progresses towards a important looking place. His foot falls are silent as he walks his eyes scan the area looking for any sign where they might have gone. He slinks around until he catches the scent of Kamaji

In the great hall, the Elder is displeased by Kamaji's actions but has a mysterious thought when he learns it was the daughter of the elder he had brought back and smiles.

Kitana lays there, dizzy and uncertain.She knows where she is now but is in fear of what may happen next.She closes her eyes, sensing a familiar presence and calls through her mind,"Who is there?"

Lupay looks up suddenly hearing the call. He says in a hushed tone, "Kitana?" He moves closer around the building and then crouches down near a low window. He peers inside and asks again, "Kitana?"

Kitana hears your voice and sighs."Lupay.How did you get here?"She seems weakened.She knew it was the draining spell kamaji must have cast in his head which makes any magic weaken you if you try to use it.

Lupay exhales relieved to hear your voice and answers, "I used that portal thing, its certainly not a smooth ride. Are you ok?" He looks in to the window and starts looking for someway to open it other than breaking it.

"I see."Kitana responds through her breath.She thinks a moment, then adds,"You shouldn't be here."

"I couldn't let him take you though." He stops prying at the glass and looks around, then he looks back to Kitana with concern. "And I can't leave you here either." He taps on the glass lightly wondering if it could be broken easily.

Kitana tries to sit up and drags herself towards the cell wall."No Lupay.Get out of here."She says with a warning in her voice."Kamaji will be back."She sounds weaker.

He lets out a short laugh. "You don't seem to understand. I can't let you alone with him" He takes note of how weak she sounds and adds, "I just have to break this glass."

Kitana was about to answer when the cell door banged open and two men walked in.Kamaji pauses at the door while the elder walks up to Kitana and grabs hold of her neck and lifts her so that her feet are at least an inch off the ground.She is too weak to fight and the Elder knows this."Welcome back, Kitana.Apologies for the vague sense of hospitality.I did not expect your arrival."Kitana says nothing and the man flicks her easily to the side, her body slamming into the cell wall and falling to the floor with Kitana gasping for air.

Lupay gasps as the elder grabs Kitana and tosses her to the side. His angry bubbles and he slams one hand on the ground, the shadows in the dungeons well up and surround the two men that came in with the elder. Lupay slides to the side out of the way of the window. He opens one hand and the shadows spread up the mens body and then they progress to the elder. Lupay can already feel his strength waning slightly.

The men gsp as shadows surround them and Kamaji glances at the window before flinging a dagger through the glass and lodging into Lupay's shoulder.

Lupay lets out a short cry of pain not expecting the dagger. The shadows drop suddenly as he loses focus. He reaches for the dagger and tightens his hand around the hilt. He then stops knowing that the dagger is stopping most of the blood flow. He rolls to the window and sends one shadow in to each of the mens eyes hoping to distract them so Kitana can try to get away.

Kitana tries to move but she is still too weak.Even as then men are distracted, Kamaji is the first to break free of the shadows.He stumbles towards Kitana drawing another hidden dagger and points is to her throat as he pulls her up by her hair.She moans but cannot fight him.
