Lupay lunges through the window in to the cell. Then he stops seeing Kamaji holding a blade to Kitanas throat. He says in a dangerously low tone, "Let her go..." His eyes flicker form Kitanas face to Kamajis. He manages to ignore the pain in his shoulder as he watches them not moving a muscle

Kamaji glares at Lupay."You move and the girl dies."He moves the blade so that it's just cutting open the skin near her jaw.

Lupay exhales, "What can I do for you to let her go?" He remains still not wanting him to hurt her any further. He moves his eyes to the elder and he says, "Will you let him kill her? She apparently is pretty important." He keeps a calm even tone.

Kamaji snorts and looks towards the elder."If it be necessary, yes."He says as he stares between Lupay and Kitana."I killed her father after all."He adds coldly.

Lupay blinks and looks at Kitana. Then back to the elder, "You son of a~" He stops himself figuring it wouldnt help Kitana at all. His eyes burn with frustration and he takes a small step forward towards Kamaji

Kamaji inclines his chin and yanks kitana up holding her against him with one arm across her chest and the other moving the blade closer to her neck."Wait, a minute boy."The elder says with a warning.

Lupay feels a growl rise in his throat, his instincts scream at him to attack the elder or Kamaji but he stops moving. His eyes move to the elder. He was slightly more calm for his shoulder had gone numb. He turns his gaze to Kitana and he doesnt move his eyes from her.

The elder chuckles in amusement."You are smart, kid, i'll give you that."He moves to Lupay's side."Why not let her go.This is where she belongs."He says in a soft tone.

Lupay tenses as the elder gets closer. "I can't leave her." His tone is also quiet almost a whisper. He turns his head and looks the elder straight in his eyes. His eyes hold a challenge and some forced respect that he hoped look convincing.

The elder shook his head."She's as good as dead to you my friend.She's years apart from you and her death will soon come."The elder ignored the politeness and approached Kitana and cupped her chin in one hand as he turned partly to face Lupay."What do you see in an elf that you cannot find in your own century?"

Lupay opens his mouth searching for words. He says, "I can't help it. Spare me as I make this reference, but my kind can only have one person. Only one no matter what." He thinks, dear god I sound so cheesy. He looks at Kitana seriously then to the elder. He says, "So I am asking that you let her go. And if you don't I can promise terrible happenings." He keeps and Erie calm tone and one step forward.

The Elder shrugs slightly and gazes at Kitana as he speaks, his voice nonchalant."We care nothing for your people.You century is after ours but we lives for more then that.Kitana wasn't supposed to end up in your world.She created a lacking excuse of a portal and vanished.We had no trace of her whatsoever.But thanks to Kamaji's intellects we found her."He looks at Lupay now."Go home, boy.This is not the place for you."

Lupay shakes his head. "Maybe there was a reason then." His hands turn to fists at his sides. "You'll have to make me leave because I don't plan on going anywhere." His tone is final his eyes scan the men accusingly.

Kamaji spoke up."She is bound by tradition to marry the best warrior in our suit.She ran because she knew it was me and because of the death of her father."The elder struck kamaji."Hold your tongue!!"Kamaji didn't move.Neither was he moved by the elders strike to his cheek.Kitana opened her eyes weakly and moaned softly."It is my own choice of whether to obey tradition.I am the heir to the throne."

Lupay Alnost laughed as the elder struck Kamaji. He then looks at Kitana hearing her words. He doesn't say anything but instead looks to the elder with questioning eyes

The elder glares at kitana."Your the same as your father.Always believing there is more to life than the rules our ancestors set out for us.""There is no need to abide the rules."Kitana mumbled."Times are changing."Behind her, Kamaji had a look of surprise.He knew she was right.In the future, the world did change.He lowered his blade slightly, unsure as to what to do next.

Lupay blinked and shifted his weight from one foot to the other. He also was unsure what to do and it seemed like the matter no longer concerned him. He takes a more relaxed stance

Kamaji didn't like the idea of this boy being here.He was making him think things he didn't want to think, refused to.He shoved Kitana at the elder who promptly lifted her in his arms and carried her out of the cell, slamming the door behind him."You two can fight this off."He locked it, double crossing his most trust soldier with the enemy.Kamaji blinked before drawing his sword in anger."It's a fight to the death then."He lunged, not waiting for a response and swung at Lupay, aiming for his side.

Lupay blinked at the suddenness of it all. He barely had Time to think before he noticed Kamaji lunging at him. He quickly dodge to the side narrowly missing being caught by his blade. Kamajis words echoed in his head. He had no weapons but the shadows. Instantly he thrusted a hand out sending shadows barreling towards Kamaji.

Kamaji narrowed his eyes as he turned towards Lupay and saw the shadows.He too conjured his own magic of the elves and thrust a swirling ball of light at lupay, dodging the shadows

He instantly gathers shadows in his hand and bats away the light. It had gotten close enough to him that it straine his eyes making him blink several times. Lupay exhaled and though of a long thin blade. He opened his hand an shades took the form of the blade. The blade was obsidian black with a pale white hilt. He lunge toward Kamaji aiming for his legs to take him Down

Kamaji grunts as Lupay deals his attack with out complication and lunges as the boy now has a sword.He leaps over his blade and strikes at his shoulder, a flesh wound."What makes you think you are worthy of Kitana.You are of no royal blood."He growls as he turns to face his enemy.

Lupay grunts as his shoulder is struck yet again reopenig the other wound. He stands up still holding his blade tightly. He answers back, "I could ask you the same question. Do you want to be with her because you love her or because you want power?" His tone accusing

Kamaji snorts and flicks blood from his blade."I want no power.Just simply the love she promised me centuries ago."He lunged at Lupay once more, sword swinging.

He lifts his blade to meet with Kamajis. The sounds of metal hiting echoes and he asks again, "But do you love her?" He adds pressure to his blade forcing Kamaji back a step. He then slide the blade down suddenly tearing down the skin in Kamajis arm leaving his blood tainted with shadows.
