Lupay sighed then felt a connection of some sorts. He exhaled and relaxed sensing the familiar presence. He thinks, use what you need. His shadows loosen their grip around the atmosphere making only slightly more noticeable

Kamaji and the elder suddenly went to a far corner to converse quietly amongst each other and Kitana rose slightly.She had to get away.Through her mind, she said,"Lupay?Your here aren't you?What are you doing?"Her voice was breathy.She was tired still.

He blinks and sends a thought, "Yeah I'm in the hall, I am trying to help you..." He closes his eyes and rests his head back against the wall. He could sense how tired she was.

Kitana glancedat the two men and then replied.'Be careful.Can you create a diversion of some sort to get one of their attention.I prefer Kamaji to stay with me but get Elders attention.He doesn't enjoy being bothered.Knock on the door and then run as fast as you can.He will follow but as your senses to lead him through a maze and then come back here when your sure he is lost.'

Lupay answer, "Alright I can do that." He stands up and slides towards the door. He knocks on the door three times then slowly starts to back down the hall. He waits until the elder comes out before he runs. He grins a the thought of the challenge and his feverish feeling ebbs away.

Calla clenched her jaw when the elder whirled at the sound of knocking and strode to the door.Kamaji had gazed at her briefly and she gave a tiny nod.He nodded back.The elder growled and stomped towards the door, yanking it open and stepping into the hall.

Lupay claps his hands once and then darted around the corner to get the Elders attention. He whipped around another corner. He runs his hand along the right side of the wall knowing he would be able to find the way back. He couldn't help but let out a short laugh.

Kitana waits as she hears the elder charge down the hall with an angry scowl.Kamaji approached her and he wrapped his arms around her as she did him with a sigh of relief."You helped him."She said in a whisper to his ear."I only came for you but the boy tagged along."Kamaji replied as the two locked their gazes."I know that's not true because you do have a better heart than a mind."She teased.Kamaji shrugged."We should get out of here."He said.The elder will return.""Lupay is leading him on a wild goose chase."Kitana said as he took her up in his arms."We have to wait for Lupay."

Lupay runs around some more, he runs until he passes behind the Elder. He runs following his path and ends up near the door. He looks at Kitana and Kamaji and catches his breath. His cheeks are flushed from running around so much. He smiles widely and says, "I lost him."

Kitana and Kamaji look to the door as Lupay returns but Kitana doesn't miss the frown from Kamaji and she elbows him in the chest.He grunts but says nothing to her."Good."He says flatly as he strides up to Lupay."Hold her while I create a portal."Kamaji practically dropped kitana near Lupay.She struggled to grab a hold of him scowling.

Lupay grunts as Kitana is dropped near him. He scoops her up and says, "Err alright." He chuckles slightly. And then leans his back against the wall and asks Kitana, "Are youfeeling any better?"

Kitana nods."The spell will wear off in a few hours."She hugged him."I'm glad your alright."She whispered in his ear."Let's go you two."Kamaji called.Kitana looked to see a portal."Where are we going?"She asked."A different dimension, the elder does not know of."Kamaji replied gruffly.

Lupay exhales, "Alright good, I don't know how long I could carry you." He smiles slightly and then hugged her back a bit. "Yeah I'm fine, Kamaji healed me right up, as I did him." He keeps a soft tone and then looks up at him. "Oh it seems there is an adventure aput yes?" He blows some hair out of his face

Kitana laughed but Kamaji only grunted and waved Lupay forward."Hurry.There isn't much time."He sounded urgent.It was only after those words, the elder paused in the doorway."You fool!"He shouted in rage.Kamaji rushed to cover Lupay's back."Go!Take Kitana and get through the portal."He commanded as he drew his sword.The elder did the same.His eyes blazed.

Lupay blinks seeing the elder. He snarls something under his breath then shoves shadows towards Kamaji. "Use these they will help you!" He stumbles forward towards the portal and looks back over his shoulder at Kamaji just as he steps in to it.

Kamaji ignores the shadows and flicks his sword in a wide circle before he leaped and swords clashed.Kitana worried as they stepped through but she knew Kamaji could handle himself.

Lupay blinked as he entered the portal and almost dropped Kitana. He stumbles back lands on his feet as they end up in the other dimension. He looked around, the landscape was lush. He was standing in a medow with thick long grass and a clear pond in the center. He set Kitana down gently and said, "I don't like it here its too bright." He shifts from one foot to the other.

Kitana leans against Lupay as she looks around.Her legs shake and she falls to her knees with a grunt."It's the Mysterious Meadows dimension."She said."My people don't come here often."Kitana suddenly felt a tear run down her cheek and looked to the open portal, hoping kamaji would be all right.

He looks around and nods. Then he notices the tear, "Is something wrong?" He tilts his head curiously. He pulls up the hood of his grey jacket not enjoying the large amount of light.

Katana wanted to say no, but how could she."Kamaji is a strong warrior, but in anger, he loses concentration.I'm afraid he will get hurt."She let out a quick sob.She leaned against lupay and sobbed.

Lupay sighs slightly and puts his arm around her comfortingly, "He'll be fine even if he is wounded we can help him." He felt no sympathy for Kamaji, for he feels little to no sympathy for anything. He pats her back slightly and says again, "He will be alright."

Kitana shook her head."No he won't.But it's his choice to protect me.We...We are betrothed."She stammered.

Lupay exhaled threw his nose at this news. He moved his arm from around her and looks at her. He says, "Well thats good to know then." His blue eyes turned a shade darker as he looked at her. Then he looked towards the thick wooded area off on the horizon.

Kitana met his gaze with a glare through tears."Heartless."She snapped.She tried to stand but tumbled off and bumped Lupay her legs collapsing.

Lupay snaps back, "I can't help it." He quickly grabs her before she falls and then sits her down on the grass. He stays standing and puts his hands in his jeans pockets. He remained quiet and looked towards the clear pond in the center of the meadow.
